In our first supplemental episode of our series: “The Collector’s Corner,” we speak to speak to Co-Founder and Managing Partner of FanSets, Lew Halboth. We discover how Lew began his foray into the pin industry and the many joys, challenges, and pitfalls of selling a licensed product in universes such as Star Trek or DC. Lew also talks about how critical they are when it comes to the quality of their products and how important every customer is to them as a company. We may even see a few sneak peaks into some future products.
