...it's a Dyson Sphere!

This week, the Trek Geeks take on an episode considered beloved by Star Trek fans all over the globe--"Relics," from Star Trek: The Next Generation.

The Starship Enterprise discovers a Federation ship that crashed on a Dyson sphere more than seventy-five years ago. On board, there's a single survivor suspended in the transporter buffer--none other than Captain Montgomery Scott.

Scotty became the third series regular from The Original Series to cross paths with the Next Generation crew and it was a welcome sight when this episode debuted in 1992.

Since that time, the Trek Geeks have taken a more critical view of this story. They'll talk about the things they liked, but they'll also examine the areas where they feel this episode did a disservice to the character of Montgomery Scott.

It's a potentially unpopular view on an incredibly popular story in this, the 50th episode of Trek Geeks!
