Trek and Faith
What happens when you bring two Trekkies together for a conversation about faith, family, adversity, and the stories that inspire us? You get a great conversation with my special guest, Jonathan Pike!
Jonathan is a Trekkie, husband, father, and—most importantly—an all-around great guy who makes it his goal every day to be positive and encouraging to the people around him.
In this episode, Jonathan opens up about how his faith shapes who he is, how he tries to respond when life gets difficult, and what it means to remain encouraging even when adversity comes our way.
And, of course, we couldn't have a conversation between two Trekkies without talking some Star Trek! Jonathan shares his all-time favorite Trek film with Pastor Brian, and the two have a fantastic time talking fandom, favorite moments, and what makes Trek so special.
It's a conversation about much more than Star Trek. It's about faith, perseverance, encouragement, family, and finding reasons to stay positive when life doesn't go according to plan.
If you're a Trekkie who loves Jesus, this is an episode you won't want to miss!
