The Borg Queen's interest in Jurati makes itself manifest in a big way, while the rest of the crew are trying to do all they can to make sure Renee Picard makes her mission. Soong, Q, and security almost stop them until Agnes makes her on stage debut. That doesn't stop Soong from his ultimate goal, though he may have foiled the wrong Picard.
