It is with profound sadness that we remember our beloved friend and SyFy Sista, whom we lost to pancreatic cancer.
Subrina was a bright light in our community, someone who led with joy and an infectious enthusiasm for the things she loved. She had a way of reminding everyone around her that fandom should always be fun, welcoming, and full of heart.
Her passion for Star Trek and for lifting others was undeniable. Through her work with the SyFy Sistas and the larger Trek family, she built bridges, celebrated diversity, and helped so many of us see ourselves reflected in the universe we love. We are grateful for every moment shared, every story told, and every smile she brought to our lives.
