As a lifelong fan (read: possibly obsessed), Haley brings a unique perspective to the discussion, particularly when it comes to her unwavering support of Wesley Crusher – a hill she's willing to die on (or at least get mildly ridiculed for).
Her favorite part of Star Trek is the hope it offers for humanity's future, even if her own future mostly involves re-watching TNG.
