A Ferengi captain has found Picard's old ship, the USS Stargazer, and wants to give it back to him! But his motives turn out to be neither charitable nor profitable. While discussing the nature of memory and political gaslighting, Ruthie and Matthew also manage to talk about the Picard Maneuver and just how proud Riker is to serve with such a wonderful captain.
