Star Trek: Deep Space Nine

Episode 150: Star Trek’s Finest Hour

THE VISITOR

It is, perhaps, the greatest love story in Star Trek, and the finest hour of the franchise.

“The Visitor” tells the story of Benjamin Sisko’s death and how it impacts his son Jake through the rest of his life. It is a powerful and emotional hour and we discuss it this week as a part of our 25th Anniversary salute to Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

We’ll look at why this episode means so much to so many, as well as the amazing performances from Avery Brooks and Tony Todd.

Plus, news and this week’s FanSets special offer exclusively for Trek Geeks listeners in the 150th episode of Your Independent Star Trek Podcast!
